For the first time, one of our American customers, who makes eye care products, ordered 5,000 mailer box from us. Because of our attentive service and high quality products, the customer soon ordered another 5,000 ivory cardboard box. Then he asked if we could design a insert for him because his American supplier was not making it. When I got the insert he was using, I thought the previous insert process was too complicated, so I started to design a new one for him. The experiment was done many times, and two different samples were made. The end customer chose a simpler insert. Today, the insert of the mailer box was finished, and I immediately showed it to the customer, and the customer was very happy. We are happier. The client is asking us again how to make a sleeves. Haha, some time ago, I did a similar sleeve for another customer, and also lost some money because of it, which has experience in production. This customer has been consulting 6 products one after another, and we have produced 3 products for him. We are also constantly improving our products in order to provide better service to our customers.
